Important safety recall notice

Post-Poo Drops were also sold in four versions of the Home Kit: 2021 Home Kit ‘The Protector’, UPC 9319944030198); 2020 Home Kit ‘The Seasoned Wayfarer’, UPC 9319944023794; 2019 Home Kit ‘The Melodist’, UPC 9319944022278; and 2018 Home Kit ‘The Familiar Horizon’, UPC 9319944016017.

These products were not packaged with the child-resistant closure required by law. In addition, the label on these products is missing mandatory information required by law. These recalled Aesop products should be kept out of reach of children at all times.

This recall does not affect any other Aesop products.

As part of the recall, Aesop is offering a full refund of the purchase price of the recalled products in the form of an Aesop digital gift card in the amount of the price of the recalled product(s). Gift cards are good towards the purchase of any Aesop product at any Aesop store or online at https://www.aesop.com. (Please note that if you purchased a Home Kit, you are only eligible to receive a refund equivalent to the value of the Aesop Post-Poo Drops included in the kit.) To obtain a refund, click the Register link below to register for the recall and follow the instructions on how to upload a photo showing the batch number and UPC/barcode to confirm that you have the recalled product in your possession, and confirm that the recalled product will be disposed in household waste. Store returns will not be accepted. You must provide proof that the recalled product is in your possession to qualify for a refund.
